Hi, I’m Ruby
NATUROPATH
Welcome to Innate Naturopathy.
A place for people looking to naturally heal and consciously focus on their long-term health and well-being.
I’m a passionate and degree-qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Torrens University. As a registered member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), my aim is to provide natural evidence-based health services to empower individuals on their journey to optimal health.
My holistic approach derives from the belief that wellness is achieved by nurturing both the body and mind in our daily lives. I specialise in creating personalised treatment plans that address the root causes of illness, aiming to prevent chronic conditions and alleviate symptoms effectively.
I believe that by discovering and addressing the causation of illness gives the body its innate ability to heal itself. Most importantly, this gives patients the power to take control of their health.
My expertise spans across various areas of naturopathy, however, my passion for the nervous and digestive systems is where I specialise.
The aim, well that’s easy. To help everyday people achieve positive and lasting change to their health and well-being.

Your consultation is a space to explore your health in depth and without judgement. We’ll look at your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and current concerns to understand what’s contributing to how you’re feeling.
From there, we create a personalised plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle, herbal or supplement support, and testing recommendations where appropriate.

No one person is the same, so this can be tricky to answer!
The length of your treatment plan will depend on the nature and complexity of your health concerns. Factors such as how long symptoms have been present, your overall lifestyle, and how your body responds to support will all influence the timeline.
Because we focus on identifying and addressing the underlying causes rather than just managing symptoms some people may require a few weeks of support, while others benefit from a longer-term approach.
That said, many clients notice early improvements within the first few weeks. While our goal is sustainable, long-term change, we also aim to support you in feeling better as soon as possible along the way.
